This policy explains what we collect when you use unveilinvites.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: names, email address, wedding date, the design you like and your message.
- For orders, your order (what you bought, the amount and your email) and the wedding details you send us to personalise your invitation.
- If you create an account, your name, email address and password. We store the password only in scrambled (hashed) form, so we can’t read it.
- Standard technical logs our host keeps to run the site, such as pages visited and IP address, and anonymous visit counts.
How we use it
Only to make and deliver what you order, to run your account, to send you emails about your order, and to reply to you. We do not sell your details or share them for advertising.
Your guests
RSVP replies from your guests are stored in our database (hosted by Cloudflare) and shown only on your private guest-list page and in the spreadsheet you download. We do not use your guests’ details for anything else.
Services we use
- Cloudflare hosts our site and our database (forms, orders, accounts and RSVP replies), sends our emails and counts visits.
- Stripe handles card payments. You pay on Stripe’s secure page; we never see or store your card number.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in to your account. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and our visit counts (Cloudflare Web Analytics) don’t use cookies. Stripe’s payment page sets its own cookies to prevent fraud.
