Before we start
If you change your mind before you send us your completed form, write to us and we will refund you in full.
After we start
Once we have started personalising your invitation, it is made for you and cannot be resold, so we cannot offer a refund for a change of mind. We will keep working with you on the changes included in your plan until you are happy with it.
If we can’t deliver
If we cannot deliver your proof within the time promised for your plan, you can ask for a full refund.
Save the date templates
Templates are digital downloads, delivered the moment you pay, so they can’t be returned. If your link doesn’t work, write to us and we will send a working one or refund you.
